Note
Went out and got a new pair of shoes today. Went to a running shop and got some decent advice and some shoes that will save my knees a bit cause even the comp2 salamons are too rough on them and with plans for the 100 mile relay i need some road shoes.

Spent the afternoon at a braai in a park playing a variety of sports

First class in well over 6 weeks. Was a big mental extersise to get back into it and catch up some stuff i had missed. Physically was an easy class though

Running 14:43 [5]3.85 km (3:49 / km)
shoes: Salamon XAComp2
Hard one today. Start out at an insane pace then slowed a little. First 2 km were done in 6.50 min. Had to slow as legs could not keep up and eventually hit a wall and i suffered that last .5km. Wanted to do an all out one to see where my fitness is at. I think i do notic the altitude difference a bit from sweden as well as the reduced blood amount. Got shin splints from the different shoes and the heavy running style i was using on the tar, much less foriving than the forest.
