| A run around my neighbourhood. big climb for about 700m which takes it out of you after about 2 km. Pretty decent run, was running pretty hard but nothing ridiculous. Legs still hurting after about 4 km though with the muscels up the font of the shin being the main cause of pain.
Varsity this semester is getting to me, very busy and alot of late afternoons |

| Normal tuesday class. Pretty much the same as usual although we did some horrid exersises for warm up that left my legs feeling like jelly. Still learning new stuff as they wanna enter a wits team for SA champs for our respective belt levels. There is talk of starting sparring training next week when i need to be at a meeting but i will try make the class as this sounds like pain, ie. fun |

| First long run since getting back. Took the new shoes for a spin. Im still suffering with some shin splints, i wonder if the mucsle i hurt at the jwoc relay is not planing a part cause it is almost exclusivly in my right leg that i am feeling pain. |
