17:30 Legs were stiff from yesterday. The ankles in particular and the tendons are sore from the uneven terrain. Push hard and felt good the whole way around. Breathing did not hinder me at all today. Felt good to go hard and not suffer in the end. Just a short one though cause im off to a meeting for GOC soon

Horible run on my part today. Was way off the pace, made 4 big mistakes which combined cost me over 20 min.
Had a tv crew there to film and interview alex and myself for a show. Publicity for the sport is good. Fitness wise i was a bit out off breath on some of the longer legs. Rough area with plenty trees and rocks

Finished te epic project today so i have some more free time. Run went well, took it easy and did not push till the end. Time just dragged on as i have not done a long run in a long time. Not a good thing considering champs is next week. Fitness wise im not so bad, but the long run is gonna nail my legs

have been stuck inside for the past two days slaving on a project. we submit on friday hopefully i can run on saturday morning. Planned to do a 10km today but its 9:30 and its kind of dark now...
