Orienteering race 37:58 [5] *** 5.8 km (6:33 / km) +65m 6:12 / km
"Sprint" around dullstroom. Was more of a middle distance event set in an urban terrain with forest, park and rough open land mixed in. Fittness was a big reason for my slowish time, 2 min behind gary. Orienteering wise it was not very technical but a few route choices were keen for a fast time. Lots of the internationals mis-punched on the 2nd control which was close to another courses one. IFK Lidindo runners need more practice in control descriptions it seems ;)
