Last day of o ringen. Had chasing starts so finish position determinied final place. Had a bad race with 2 big mistakes. Lost one place ending 36. Event 6 was the party that nite.

Day 4 of o ringen. Was the long course today. The first half of the course was fast and flat with the second becoming very hilly. Despite this it was not so technical. Made many small mistakes and 2 big ones. I finished about 6 min behind alex
