Note

From the start of 2016 to now I havent been orienteering well in spanish league competitions and it is very frustrating when you put a lot of effort in your training but you dont get anything. Maybe it is a concentration mistake or im not training well or just im not adapted to élite class yet. I dont know but I have to find answers soon to perfom well and improve for the coming competitions.

Microsprint in Casa de campo. Very difficult because was hard to orienteer myself through the big amount of green dots. Very enjoyable training to get some flow and leave the bad thoughts behind.

I wasnt focused and made a lot of mistakes in almost all controls. Control 4 was absolutely a lottery and lost there around 2:20', then my head decided to get out and stop reading the map while my legs were going forward fast. One of my worst races so far this season.
