Just to know if I have improved my shape from October. Today I did it 17" faster. The thing was that the vegetation has grown much more from October and I have had to fight more today to go forward fast.

My first training after the injury by the splinter on my foot. Technically good and pushing hard in some downhills but in flatter areas I wanted to run slower to not force too much my foot.

I twisted my ankle again, but the worst was on my foot where I have a stick inside and Im not able to walk
