I went out totally focused on the task, but it did not work. I got troubles from 3rd control to 5th, by taking a few looks at the compass and not being really accurate. I'd rather say that I went much better well prepared physically than technically in this race so I paid for that with 2:30 mins mistakes. There are some good points on this: Even with the mistakes I managed to catch 14 teams; If I´m in good shape, its time to adapt my technique with my new pace; and more important thing, despite mistakes, I felt fast in swedish terrain, not like last year. I was frezezing a lot. The weather was cloudy and the temperature around 5 degrees meanwhile in Spain was 25 degrees. I think Im getting sick :O

Short and easy training at low intensity. Tomorrow is 25-Manna so we did not want to get tired in the training. The ground was hard and it was easy to go fast even if you didnt push hard. In 25Manna I will run the leg of 6.1km, so it will be a really struggling middle distance where the aim is to not make big mistakes. Maybe we could improve the best results of the club, which is top32.

Not the fastest intervals of my life but at least nice to check that I am well balanced.

Went out for a run to the peak of Abantos, where it is often said that the Sage was born. Not only is it a great training, but also the stunning views.
