As every year, we test our physical shape and technical skills at this moment of the season. Berzosa test is a training setted by TGIF of 4.4km where he spent 26:40min and with high technical level.

My course this year went mostly really well except for some little mistakes which came by running too offensive. I made 30 seconds mistake on my way to control 12 and 13.

I pushed hard from the beggining and made a gap with Rorri, who started 2 minutes behind me. I was catching up some guys but anyway I was not distracted by any of them.

Pretty nice training today in a really flat area and very relevant for 10Mila 2020. I ran at easy pace and enjoyed as if I was a kid.



The worst part of the training came in the last controls when I took a look on the map, then I lifted my head and hit against a wood.
