Running warm up/down 10:00 [1] 1.8 km (5:33 / km)
shoes: VJ Bold

Orienteering 57:37 [1] **** 6.4 km (9:00 / km) +100m 8:21 / km

Morning training in Entzia. Really old map with lots of green areas. The vegetation has changed a lot and was difficult to be accurate. Easy pace thinking of the relay.
3 PM

Running warm up/down 10:00 [1] 1.7 km (5:53 / km)

4 PM

Orienteering race (Relay Mass-Start) 30:11 [5] **** 5.5 km (5:29 / km) +85m 5:06 / km
shoes: VJ Bold

I ran out in the first leg with the fast boys (except Greggy who ran 2nd leg). I tried to run fast in the beggining to make a little gap, this was useful to not be influenced by other runners and make my own race.

In the first 4 controls I saw Pierre Martinez and Rafemu running close together and pushing hard. Then we had a different forking and we separate ourselves. I ran alone until control 11th when I saw again Pierre, but we were constantly separating due to forking. After spectator's control we had the same control and I was trying to keep the 1st place and survive from the attacks of Pierre, who was pushing hard in easy areas. In the last loop of the race, Pierre overtook me in the uphill but I didnt surrender and waited until his mistake, which came in the very last control. I spiked that control and could finish strong.

I´d say this was an amazing course for me, solid pace and almost perfect technical performance.

Orienteering (Relay leg 3) 34:55 [3] **** 5.4 km (6:28 / km) +90m 5:58 / km
shoes: VJ Bold

Our third runner got sick and I had to run again. Just went easy but with no mistakes. Didnt want to push hard, even when I saw Pedro Stangegaard
(his team was leading) 200m ahead.

Back again to daily routine. I am going to upload my trainings this season until World University Championship, which is my main goal so far.

September will be about easy trainings and strength. This year I have taken less subjects in University so I will be able to train twice per day at least 2-3 days.
