Orienteering (La Cabrera WRE Middle) 43:18 [4] ***** 6.5 km (6:40 / km) +130m 6:03 / km
shoes: Salomon S-Lab

I tested the middle distance WRE of La Cabrera. There were nor bands neither controls in the forest so I wasnt able to go at maximum speed. Anyway I went as fast as I could.

It is very difficult as it is simplified as Sweden. There are little rocks that are not painted and soft green and green 3 are awful to run through. I really enjoyed it because there were different areas. The forest is great to run and I think is important to make longer routes avoiding green.

8 PM

Running warm up/down 12:00 [1] 2.1 km (5:43 / km) +100m 4:37 / km
shoes: Salomon S-Lab

Night Orienteering 1:19:12 [1] ***** 9.25 km (8:34 / km) +420m 6:59 / km
shoes: Salomon S-Lab

This one was one of the trikiest races/trainings I've ever done. It was expected to be at 1:10000 but finally we printed bad and was at 1:17000 (?). Really difficult to orienteer and be accurate with that tiny features. There were no bands on forest so we had to be really confident. I didnt punch 2 due to a parallel mistake, the cliffs over there were bigger compared with 2nd control. The rest was fine but really challenging orienteering.
