Orienteering race (Middle WRE) 52:27 [5] ***** 6.9 km (7:36 / km) +290m 6:17 / km
shoes: VJ Bold

I went out quite confident in the beggining. I started feeling unsafe when going to control 8, when I decided to go straight instead of taking a round over the top of the mountain. Then I suffered too much with my confidence.

Anyway, I tried to keep orienteering almost fine, but in control 12 I took a longer routechoice thatI thought was faster. Suddenly when I attacked the control I went down and didnt see the control. There I lost all my self-control. From that point to the end, my race was a disaster.
3 PM

Orienteering 20:00 [3] 4.0 km (5:00 / km) +40m 4:46 / km

4 PM

Orienteering race 15:44 [5] *** 3.7 km (4:15 / km) +85m 3:49 / km
shoes: VJ Sarva

This sprint race surprised me a lot. I expected to run the standard fast and easy race. However, when I turn the map I started getting motivated and glad. I think my performance was good, except on control 9 when I took the wrong routechoice and on 23 when I didnt see the street. The rest very well, enjoying every second

At high speed but trying to control everything and spike every control. I was acomplishing my goal until I saw Nogueira in control 21 and 22. Then I made over 3 minutes mistake. And 1 minute on control 18.

When passing control 12, we saw Gueorgiou around the control with the radio simulating a world championship
