Run from Makara Orienteering. First 5 undulating, then bush bash and walking steep up hill. 60 min along the sky line undulating gently, 20 min back down steep slopes and some time jogging to adjust for being pulled around by the lie of the land.
Run felt more natural, but hard work... kept wanting to stop. Must be using new muscles! Need a bunch of 60min runs!
