Pyramid intervals on an oval - 1 lap (1.34), 2 laps (3.41), 3 laps (5.42), 2 laps (3.48), 1 lap (1.52), with half the distance as a recovery between each. Oval was a bit more than 400m. Didn't feel as if I was pushing that hard, was worried I'd go out too fast, but when I finished I felt like I could have continued to run at a decent pace. There was a fair bit of headwind and legs are feeling quite sluggish though, didn't feel as if I could move them any faster. Died out towards the end, not sure if i'll take to this session, might stick with the good old mona
