Went on the treadmill :o because it’s freezing outside so decided this was best for my lungs. First slightly higher intensity run. Started really easy, but builded it to pushing at the end. Not to max, but got the heart rate and breathing up nicely. Lungs/cough wise felt pretty much normal at the end. So all good and hopefully back to proper training
