Balavil relay training with Jess, Jake and Kat
Jog up to the start then mass start for the first few gaffled controls before regrouping. Then set off in intervals (reverse order of who finished the first bit) for the next few sections. Kat, Jake, Me then Jess.
Orienteering pretty well, few small misses but nothing major - need to remember to slow down into the control circle.
Jog out to collect a few controls with Jess and Kat and back to the car

Steady run with Kirsty M in Culbin. From hers, out into culbin through the fields, bit of a loop via the dragonfly pond, then back via snab of Moy.
Good chat but really minging weather - windy/raining/very muddy.
Couple of small stops for cows and gates. Feeling alright although a bit sick from eathing 15mins before

Warm-up lap of the field then round to the bottom of hunnysuckle with Kirstie R
6xHunnysuckle intervals in partners (continuous relay) with David Scott. He was constantly faster than me so I was getting less rest. Went off a bit too fast on the first one trying to keep with Bruce and Kirstie so the rest suffered a little. Feeling pretty good.
Warm-down back to the shed with Kirstie
