Starting to gradually build the distance on my long runs now. Aim today: 50mins
Went out and parked at Binsness with dad, then ran east out to the bay and a rough loop back to the car. Couple of terrain sections just to link a few tracks. Moving pretty well on the tracks (the terrain sections definitely slowed the pace a lot though)

Not feeling overly optimistic coming into this as I got back from a party at 1am this morning, and have only eaten 4 pita bread today (at 3pm).....
However Lauren was there so thought I'd just try stick with her anyway (normally a bit faster than me) and actually felt really good running!! Kept up with her on every one and even leaving her on the last 30 secs.
Distances: 1.17km,1.16km, 1.13km, 1.17km.
