Just tucked in behind PaulH and sat there for the first 6
Everything was just feeling so tight and sore, so a bit slower for the next 4. Then stuck with him on the last one again (after falling down a hill on an attempt of an overtake...)

Cool down. Chest a little tight the whole session, but not too bad at all. Also really appreciated how good it is to be able to breath through my nose normally...

Struggling to upload my watch onto Garmin at the moment for some reason, hence no GPS

I was bored so decided to go on an adventure - and dragged Kat along ;)
Parked at Loch Garten and went up through Abernethy Forest and out to Ryvoan, down to Loch Morlich, then down the Old Logging Road to Afiemore, and back along the Speyside Way to the car
Awesome fun!! Sheet ice coming up to Ryvoan made for some excitement, then Kat managing to get covered in mud while only cycling on snow.... Also caught the sunset at loch Morlich and got properly dark at Aviemore so timed it perfectly really. Mamouth candle power between us got us back along the Speyside way :))

I've noticed a corralation between how ill I have been feeling over the last few days and how much sleep I've been getting. So after only 6 hours last night, I felt pretty bad all morning - sore throat and coughing. But then I came home and went back to sleep and have been feeling much better.
Maybe an excuse to sleep the next 3 days before I go back to school??

Moravian Hill Intervals
Pretty tired having been up early and already done an hour of swimming. Also only(?) eaten 8 brioche this morning :o so feeling that a bit

WU around the field at Grant Park with everyone, then a lap of the course.

Partnered intervals (continuous relay) starting near the corner of the cemetry (at Nelson Tower sign) and effort up the path to the tower, round the tower and back down. Partnered with Kirsty who I think was running slightly faster. Got 5 in (25mins) - would have liked to do a couple more but everyone else had had enough! Feeling quite good for this anyway and good to do intervals in the day-light!

Moravian Northern Night Cup - Forres Golf Course
Got a bit confused with the scale on the way to No.1 (went quite a bit too far), but then got my head into it and was pretty accurate. Small miss in the woods, because I didn't have a definite exit from the path, but I realised when I was doing it so not really sure why I didn't correct it...
Pretty slow moving - legs not really moving, but not too bad

So happy to have finished exams :))
