Been in the national indoor arena 9:30-5:30 both days this weekend being coached as part of a level 2 coaching assessment, therefore haven't had time to do anything. However would defo count these sessions as good flexibility/strength/stability work

First time back to this in ages. Just an easy 3 laps with Aoife who is also just coming back from injury. Chest felt tight, but a lot better than it has been, and legs better than I expected. Good start, pleased with this
