Mass Start Night-o - Curragh
First time on the Curragh and I wasn't disappointed, recon the dark added to enjoyment, but definitely found it challenging enough... vvv windy made it hard to even stand in some places. Basically just using compass which went well, some mistakes of being in the circle knowing where I was, just unable to find the flag

Hill intervals with Ruairi, Conall and Eoin in Eniskerry.
VVV tough hill, was lulled into a fast sense of security when I was told we were doing 6x50s, however definitely couldn't manage more than that...
Also for the record, Conall and Eoin are weak and only did 5 ;)

"Power session" (plyometrics etc - basically just legs) with Michael, Killian and a few others from trampolining. Only went to this because I couldn't get into the gym yesterday, and am going to have to miss it tomorrow

Felt surprisingly good after the weekend, even seem to have mostly caught up with sleep... Still don't want to push it to the max as no doubt my immune system is low. Felt good anyway, ran with a lad called Thomas(?)
