Sprintervals in Nairn with Jon
4x(3x5controls[1min]) with a jog between each course. Hard beginning on the sanddunes, but felt good in the town after that. Some dodgy route choices, but mostly ok, good practice on the dunes

Long in Darnaway
Mum and Dad came along on their bikes. Legs never really feeling this, but I settled into it alright. Still slow though, but good to be out in Darnaway

Was with dad at the beginning (his first run post injury) but then he went over his ankle again, so walked/jogged a bit with him, then I went off and went round the duck pond etc myself.
Legs pretty sore, but moving alright by the end

Note

Been in Kildare at Donadea for a couple of days, then travelling back to Scotland today, but planning on making the most of the being back next to Culbin and Darnaway
