Kinda death. Bit of everything but the new plyo exercises from the physio are tough

Went to the physio again today so got some new exercises and probably upped the running a bit much this week hence the pain. Therefore going to take it down again for it bit. Also he was a bit concerned about a couple things he could feel so he's going to monitor and research them
