First time wearing spikes so I was pretty excited.
Pretty shite course and heavy wind meant I struggled. Also seems like I lost more fitness than I thought these past few weeks. Oh well.
Good day for the girls anyway with team bronze.

Easier session due to cross at the weekend so definitely a good one to start back on
WU, Drills, 3x5mins[90s], 3x2mins[90s], WD
Got a big excited on the first 5 and pushed hard and then died, so skipped the last 5. No pain anyway, even when pushing. 2's were fine.
Excited to be back :)
