First track session in almost 2 years wohooo
WU, Drills, 10mins, 3x5mins, 4x200m, WD
10minS was at AT, 5's at LT with passes for both calculated from 5km PB's beforehand. Calculated passes seemed slow, but apparently they were right - anyway made for quite a chilled session as I didn't struggle hitting any of the times.
Nice to be back doing some real running anyway.
