30 on the pitches followed by gym
Started with Niall, Aoife and Niamh for the first lap, then just Aoife after that. Glorious to have such good company but didn't feel that great - although it was also faster than I thought so maybe why. Still a little sore shins, not enough to be actually painful or stop me doing anything, but enough to be a little concerned about. This run was on grass anyway which helped.
