JK Long
Started steady then never really got faster. Vv clean which is dreamy. No water at the water station first time around so subsequently died on the loop after this. Then some caffeine and water the second time around saved me and I could finish the rest of the race with some sort of dignity left.

JK Middle
Pretty happy with this. Few small misses but nothing more than 40/50s for the whole race. 1 big route-choice leg but I'm happy with my route.
Still not as fast as some of the girls but a lot happier with my own performance on this.

JK Sprint
Crawling around pretty slowly but thought I was accurate enough. V hot made it difficult and probably accounted for some of the slow-ness.
Was disqualified due to emit issue, but my backup one saved me and I was re-instated.

VV easy pre-race 20 + 4 sprints
Took Josh along who just talked at me the entire time and then proceeded to give me a run for my money in the sprints at the end. Impressed with him though!

WU, Drills, 15mins[5mins], 3x90s[60s], WD
Not feeling too bad, slightly crampy stomach, but that wasn't really bad until the last 3 or so minutes of the 15 and the end of the 90s. Taking it a bit handy ahead of the weekend. Session was 6x90 but Emmett said only to do 3

On the treadmill because it was cold outside and I was feeling precious.... Also hence the session to give me something to think about.
Easy week this week prior to the JK this weekend
