Out to the lighthouse with Eadaoin post watching the marathon. Pretty glorious run, v much enjoyed. Picked up the pace towards the end

Meant to be an easy run, but was bit fast, hence why I only did the small lap. Feeling a lot better tho.
Followed by some killer plyo work on some knew boxes I found in a cupboard

Felt really good on this actually - surprising for the end of 4 days. Sad though that I made my first two proper mistakes of the weekend :( no.1 and no.3 (despite cli warning me about 1 - good job Kathryn). Think I was just running a bit too fast and not paying attention whoops
