Longish head torch one in the hills with Matt, Iosac, Conor and Anton. Vv lovely run. Tried on Matt's ultravest and I was v impressed.

Feeling really good, slight sore stomach in the middle but nothing major and it went away. Took it pretty steady at the beginning but then each 6 mins was faster than the last. Vvv muddy meant it was slippy in my road shoes

Very chilled night hill with Anton and Colm. Headtorch died, got lost, ran down some rivers, was out over double what I expected... what more could you want after getting up at 3:30am this morning...
