40 mins out in some very gusty winds. 25 with Harry, probably a bit faster than I would have liked, then 15 myself nice and slow.

Just a small bit of core and ankle stability post-run. Planned to go into the pool as my legs really need some tep-recovery, however forgot my UCard :(

Gym. Team gym was closed today, not very happy because it meant I had to use the busy main gym and I don't like people

Aim was to run at 5min/km just to get used to running a bit faster. Executed really well and felt good. Nice to have a support bike along with me

Didn't do this session last night as I was feeling pretty rough yesterday, so went home to bed instead.
Found the 3 minutes tough by myself. no2 was way too fast and therefore struggled for the rest.
Saw the cutest puppy it got me through the rest

45 after a day of college. Pleased I got out to do it as I was really struggling with the motivation for it at the beginning of the day, but actually was feeling alright. Did the nice part of the campus lap
