Felt a bit meh for the first half, but this got better. Super nice to be out in Darnaway like this

Glorious tempo around a glorious Culbin in a glorious evening. A lot more undulating than when I've done this in Dublin, hence the slightly uneven pace, however this was faster and felt so comfortable.
Joined by mum on her bike which was enjoyable.
Overall very successful run

Did 2 laps of the Kenyan hills session hard, then one easy, while the others were doing 30 minutes of the normal session. Got 4 reps in. Was a good session and each rep was about 4 minutes each.
