Was hard today. Undulating, especially in the 2nd km, then stomach and legs got sore after 3km. Good to get it done though, even if it wasn’t super fast

Ravinen Torsdagsträning
Same course as last week as most people hadn’t done it, however this week was done as 4 intervals as a chasing start. I made sure to take the long leg where I banana-ed last week and concentrate to get it right. Went so much better. Cool to be running fast around the terrain with Moa

Proper course with SI and start times planned by Thierry. I think this is the first time I have done any sprint orienteering since European Uni's in July last year....
Felt pretty slow, but route choices were mostly pretty good

2 sprintervals. The other girls I was with were quite a bit faster, so not much racing with them, but good to get more route choice practice with different impassible barriers

First ever swim-run!
Run a loop, swim across the other side of sicklasjön, run a loop then swim back. 3 times.
Very much had a shock due to the temperature jumping into the water for the first time. Could hardly put my head under on the first swim. Got better after that
