Slipped and fell in the park with the kids earlier and winded myself and got a bit of whiplash, therefore my chest/back/neck were a bit sore tonight. So I was jogging around and only did half of the training

Ravinen Sprint Training
Elitmiljö courses from last weeks training. Good courses, however weird printing meant it was hard to see the difference between the yellow and olive-green at some parts. Wasn't reading so far ahead at the end of the second course so having to pause at the controls a bit. Good fun anyway!
