Wearing mums watch because I couldn’t find mine and it had a heart rate monitor on it (only used a heart rate monitor a handful of times in my life). So got quite fascinated with it and also went for a max HR test up the cloddymoss hill (did 3 max efforts up). Got it to 180 but think it could have gone higher if I was more prepared for it, and not sure how accurate the wrist strap was on the top effort (I was counting it to be accurate during the rest of the run, but at the top of the last effort I counted 190). Sat at about 165 for the rest of it. Interesting anyway
