Sets of funny stretches & exercises for shoulders and calves. 5min warm up on the bike & 5mins on the rowing machine after (medium-hard)

Still recovering from sinus cold. Started off at moderate pace to get into the map and see how chest felt. Picked up the pace and had a really good run. Whilst not technically difficult you had to keep your concentration - relocation could be tricky.
