WC Long champs M40. Dsq as I punched #7 at the water point, which is not where I should have been - not sure what happened there! Bad start choice as I opted to contour and fight through the green to #1. Messed up #9 badly - many people on course 2 weren't happy with this one. #10 was definitely in the wrong place - parallel error. Same with #19 which was on the boulder cluster further down. Longest run in a long time, so pretty happy to get through that.

Decent run in the Blouberg dunes. Steady run focusing on direction and distance. Managed to always relocate quite quickly in the vicinity of the control.

A few mobilising exercises then the full set of core exercises (minus a few).
When I do a hip rotation, I can hear (feel?) a clicking in my upper back when I go anti-clockwise. After the full session is gone. But sitting down for too long brings it back!
