O Sprint - struggled to get in to the map initially. Couldn't get the scale - no mental preparation. Improved after #5. Decent run after that. DSQ myself after I realised I went through an OOB area to get to #24.

Glutes (didn't do circles one)
Feet (anterior tibialis)
Shoulders & Abs
Also did some adductor - my right groin still has problems, which I need to sort out

4x run around the block + 1 more cool-down.
Forefoot running at a decent pace.
Went well with no calf niggles.
