Worst run of the year. Not the best idea to compete on the same weekend as the school camp. Preparation was poor, so found myself always ahead of my navigation with a number of resulting screw ups.

Full Good Posture 2 programme with a number of other extras - calves, hops.

shoes: Asics Cumulus 16

Started out fairly strongly, then eased off after 1.3km Forefoot run. Right calf took a bit of strain. Right side seems a bit tight.
