Sprint at the Campus. Was a bit ragged in the beginning, running a bit wide. Settled a bit and started reading ahead. Biggest mistakes were at #12 (crossed the road-10sec) & #18 (missed the drive-way down & had to double back -15sec). Otherwise it was the lungs & legs complaining. Need to do some hill work and some interval training.
