Cylce around the Burbs then up to Northcliff hill, round the northern base then up and over Susan. Aroound Alberts farm then to Emmies and round. Then back home the usual route. Tough day out

Cycle round the Burbs. Extra half km loop up the long Park at the end. Legs stiff from the past 2 days, but felt strong.

Fairly relaxed cycle with Martin around the Madikwe conservancy. Pretty flat and the roads were nice and firm after rain on the Friday morning.
