Cycle around the Burbs. A bit easier. Legs are sore from yesterday.

O Sprint (Race) 21:19 [5] 4.3 km (4:57 / km)

Urban Series 2 at Wits University. Fairly decent run, felt tough to try tun that hard for so long. But quite happy after feeling pretty chappy yesterday.
A bit misorientated at #1, ~5s. Good to #3, but then stuffed up #4 going left after clearing the building - parallel error ~15-20s. Got a bit lucky to #8 where I saw Sarah E coming in from the other side. Good choices to 9 and 10. Good into #15, but bad choice leaving it on the high path ~5-10s.
Map scale problems made it quite a challenge for older eyes to spot some of the narrow gaps.
