Map was a bit small 1:7500 making it tough for old eyes.
Lots of banana running losing 10s or so on quite a few legs. Then got into a tangle on the last control, losing a minute on the last 2. Still pretty happy as night O hasn't been my best

Run at Emmies with the boys. One lap round the perimeter, with a couple of route choice, fartlek legs.
Another 3/4 lap for me at higher speed
