Cycle round Northcliff hill, round Emmies and then back home round the hill

O Sprint race (Run ) 28:12 [4] 5.0 km (5:38 / km) +60m 5:19 / km

Night series at Randpark golf course. Fairly decent run. Two big time losses on #3 (felt wrong?) and #4 (overshot right) - 90s lost. A number of other smaller misses at #15 and #17 - 10 to 20s each. Can't read fine detail & control numbers on the move, so a few delays there. Looking forward to day time O.

Note

Sciatic problem has reappeared. Started with sore / stiff lower back (R side) when cycling 2/3 weeks ago. Became more sore during this week and gone into the R leg and foot on Saturday.
