O Race (Run ) 1:12:00 [4] 8.5 km (8:28 / km)

Day 2 at Battery Creek. Much better than yesterday. A bit tired in the legs so ran at a more steady pace. Messed up #9, ~1min. Enjoyed #15. Was scrappy in the final loop losing +2mins at #20. Another really good course.

Brown course at day 1 of Kaapsehoop Origen at Nooitgedacht West. A bad mistake to 5. Got my angles wrong out of 8 but managed to avert a disaster. Fairly scrappy in places. Some nasty climbs tired the legs out. Still, a nice challenging course with quite a few good technical controls. A fun day.
