Easy warm up mile, then avg 7.20 mpm with easy mile at the end as includes hill climb. Legs felt ok, no issue with calf other than a very faint reminder that it was injured. Pace felt like I was making an effort, however not so much so that it couldn't be sustained. Good session followed with x5 strideouts
