Easy run, legs feeling less heavy, however wanted to take it really easy today in order to feel fresher for the coming weeks training. Pouring rain, grim run and glad to have just got it done.

progressive run, started really slowly, and increased pace gradually throughout the duration of the run. Fastest mile was 7.26 so a little heavy legged still at the moment as would have expected about a 7mpm for the last couple of miles. Nonetheless, a quality run.

Easy road/trail run, legs a little heavy, just took it really easy. No issues otherwise, no niggles etc.

Easy 25 mins followed with diagnols x8 and 15 mins easy. Legs still a bit tired today, however once warmed up settled into it. No issues.

Easy 1st mile, then moderate run of average pace of 7.40 mpm. Legs tired today, probably had over done it on the strengthening ex on Sunday. The perceived effort was greater than when 7mpm last week! Otherwise, all ok and another great session.
