Easy run, felt much better and less aching/tiredness. Kept the run really slow and underestimated the distance, however coped ok. Still sniffling!

Mountain biking 3hrs 30. Very easy pace, mostly flat, total 1000m with lots of stops etc. More of a social ride than anything serious.

Easy run, simply keeping legs turning over as have cold. Feeling generally tired with it. Today I think will be the worst day. Took 20 mins to warm up and gather any kind of speed. Otherwise, ok.

Easy run to Apedale, then hill repeats followed by easy run home. Struggled with session. Have a cold, full of it. So was pleased to have simply got out and turned the legs over. Again not a quality session as rushed it, however pleased to have just got out there. x6 hill repeats, legs feeling ok although generally feeling weak and heavy.

15 min warm up, fartleck session, 10x2' with 1' roll on. 15 mins easy. Tough session as legs feeling tired, so pleased to have completed it. Think the quality of the run was compromised slightly, however on balance, a good session. It was made more difficult as completed in the dark with no lighting around Westport lake. Head torch useless. Had to move the run to the evening again.

Easy road run 30 mins, Tech exs 1 x3 sets, Easy road run 30 mins. Great session albeit in the pouring rain! Legs still feeling a little tired, however easy run for last 30 mins seemed more relaxed and effortless than the first 30 mins, reflected in the increased pace.

Easy run, legs feeling refreshed and bouncy, No issues other than had to travel (work related) this morning so didn't manage the morning run. Caught up on a ton of sleep so feeling really good about that.
