Moderate flat run. Started slowly for warm up, then averaged 8.10 pace. Legs felt good once settled into the pace. Calves feeling tired after an hour and half, however no issues.

Easy flat run at Westport lake, legs felt great, total 60 mins. Hill reps x8 on tarmac, again legs felt great and coped no problem, no leg tiredness even on the last rep, approx 16-20 secs each rep.

Only managed 30 mins of an hour moderate, again simply feeling too tired trying to keep at 7.30 pace. Not sure what's happened as this is a pace i'd certainly be expecting to be running with some comfort for an hour.

Moderate run, struggled as did it on a treadmill and found the consistent pace really hard work. Didn't do Tech exs as too tired half way through moderate run, so just carried on with run.
