orienteering race 57:00 [4]

I went to the Rochester orienteering a meet and noticed that i had a really bad groin pull probably from all the running that i have been doing after not training for a wile. This combined with a cold caused me to run orange instead of green.

I did well but i didn't like the map as it was just one hill side which wasn't good for my groin injury. Because of this i ended up going slow.
