I tried to do intervals but my quad was still hurting

I quit the track team at school because I felt like it wasn't preparing me for orienteering and because I was worried about getting injured due to poor warmups by the track coach.

So Im training on my own and am posting again to keep myself accountable instead of going off what the team is doing.

1 hour run today.
