My knee wasnt hurting as badly. But I had a very bad start to the race and was confused for the first half of the coyrce. I managed to mispunch number 3 by going to the wrong control and I forgot to check my codes. I just wasnt prepaired for terrain.

JWOC Team Trials sprint. I made 4-5 minutes of error which put me into 10th. I accidentally skipped 2 and didn't realize till halfway to 4 and I messed up 9, 10, and 15 a little. I also managed to run into a signpost and hurt my knee. I'm icing it and hopefully, it will be better for tomorrow.
